Soon the flowers and trees will be in full bloom.  Along with those changes, there are some changes in my home.  My husband recently started a new job and I'll be heading back to finish up my final classes in my Bachelor's of Computer Science Degree.  There will be some changes in my Close To My Heart schedule.  For now classes will be reduced to one card class and one kit class each month. This is just one of the many reasons I LOVE Close To My Heart - as my life demands I can pull back as needed. Don't worry though, I'll still be here working my business - who knows maybe I'll have even better things in store for you! Day 1 of Studio J...

Recently my Mom lost her beloved Great Dane - Jeep.  He was such a handsome dog.  Studio J allowed me to complete a remembrance page for him in no time at all. It looked so nice on the screen that I could hardly wait to get it in my hands.  Late last Tuesday night I submitted my order and the layout arrived Friday morning.  It is stunning!

I have created a video of the creation this project in Studio (to play at my big open house).  As soon as my voice returns I'll add some voice overs and will post it so you can see what an amazing program Studio J is!

We are doing something different this month for card class. We will be using the Topstitch Kit of the Month. The cards were such a huge hit at Spring Fling and Valentine's is just around the corner.

Option 1: Best Kit
Purchase the best kit and receive all the supplies needed to make the 6 featured cards complete with all the fancy embellishments, plus many more cards with the left overs. Your kit will include: level 2 paper packet, stamp set, color guide, included kit embellishment - plus D.E. Hearts, Clear Sparkles & Embroidery Floss.

Option 2: Basic Kit

Special Location: New Life Church in Renton [rm 215]

This month we'll be gathering at the New Life Church in Renton for our monthly crop time. The MOPS group I am a member of is hosting our first ever crop night. You are welcome to bring any projects you are working on - scrapbooking, card making, knitting, quilting, etc.
