Close To My Heart Extravaganza Mischief Artwork

When I received my big box of Extravaganza goodies, this paper packet was my favorite. While the main theme is Halloween, I see this paper packet being very versatile. When I look at it, I see heirloom layouts and masculine cards. My absolute favorite paper in this kit is the one used on the card directly below, it is a full sheet of vintage labels. Although all the great sayings on these labels are thanks to the creative art department.

Close To My Heart Extravaganza Lucky Artwork

I am so happy that Lucky will be continuing on into the new Idea Book. It is probably one of my all time favorite paper packets.

The first piece of artwork is using our new My Creations Memory Game. It is a sturdy chipboard box that comes with 24 - 3" x 3" chipboard squares. There are so may ideas swirling in my head such as an advent calendar, a bucket list leaving the back blank for a photo of the activity once completed, an end of the year give for the teacher with a photo of each student, etc.

Close To My Heart Extravaganza Elemental Artwork

It feels like I returned from Convention just days ago, instead of over a week ago. That could simply be because I have been enjoying working on new artwork with oodles of new goodies. You have just days to wait until you'll be able to see the new Idea Book first hand! In the mean time, here is a taste of our new paper packet called "Elemental."

My topic was a "Splash of Color," covering all the fun ways to add color to our Dimensional Elements.

Waiting, waiting, waiting...

Waiting is not something I am very good at! Lately I have had a lot of waiting in my life. This layout represents just one thing I am anxiously waiting on. Way back in the beginning of February, I submitted my application to teach at Close To My Heart's Convention. I am waiting to hear if I was accepted and thankfully, that waiting should be drawing to an end. On top of that I am waiting to hear back on some other exciting news that I can't quite share yet and that makes the waiting even harder.

So, what are you waiting for at the time if your life?
