Retreat Techniques: Lots of Prisma Glitter & Masking

These photos have been waiting quite awhile to be shared. I started this post, but then forgot about it :) 

These are the cards we created at our Fall Retreat back in October. Each attendee was treated to a free technique class where they learned some fun ways to use Prisma Glitter and masking to create a one of a kind background. 

Looking at these photos reminds me of one particular attendee who was not thrilled about the glitter to start with but quickly became the one who used the most glitter. I think she ended up adding glitter to just about everything! You could follow her glittery path through the lodge :)

Notice that both cards use the same stamp set, Capture Moments C1423.
This stamp set is one of my favorite because it covers multiple seasons.

Consultant who has marvelous artwork (I can't seem to recall her name at this very moment - if it was you, please post a comment). 

Hooligans Halloween Treat Box

I've received requests for the cutting dimensions for this box that I demonstrated in my Ustream class last Thursday (you can watch a recording now). If you make this box or are inspired to make a different version, I'd LOVE to see it!!

Wrap Arounds: 5 x 12 and 5 x 10 Black CS

Top & Bottom: 5 x 5 Black CS

4 1/2 x 4 1/2 White Daisy CS

3 3/4 x 3 3/4 Pear Pacman B&T

3 1/4 x 3 1/4 Purple Polka Dot B&T

4 1/2 x 4 1/2 HaHa B&T (Sunset Side)

4 1/2 x 3 HaHa B&T (Black Side)

2 x 2 Purple Polka Dots (draw a spider web on this)

2 1/2 x 5 HaHa B&T

Use the left over border from the circle Stickease adhere Pacman B&T and cut out a circle.

4 1/2 x 4 Purple Fingerprint B&T

4 1/2 x 4 1/2 HaHa B&T

1/2 x 12 Pacman B&T

4 3/4 x 4 3/4 Pacman B&T

4 1/2 x 4 1/2 Banner B&T

2 Suede Brads (left over from workshop kit mini medleys)

Use Stickease and B&T for all the little eyes

5 x 5 Black CS

4 x 4 1/4 Polka Dot B&T

Inside of Box: about 5 x 5 Purple Polka B&T for each side

(your box will be slightly different sized on the inside to adjust the inside pieces accordingly)
