Heirloom Make - n - Take

It was so much fun to teach so many of you at the Heirloom Stamp show this cute and easy make - n - take. Here is a photo of the original card, cutting dimensions and shopping list if you would like to recreate them. :)

Cutting Dimension:
4 x 8             Colonial White CS Base Card (folded in half)
4 x 2 3/4       B&T (large floral design)
3 x 3             B&T ( green leaf design)
2 3/4 x 2 3/4 Colonial White CS
1 1/2 x 1 1/2 Colonial White CS (to cut balloon from)

*B&T is Background and Texture paper, which is our pattern paper.
*CS is Cardstock

Make - n - Take with a Twist

Try something new with the make - n - take.  Here I have used the same overall design, but changed a few colors, added ribbon and a fun technique.  I love the blue pops in the Splendor paper packet and wanted to accentuate them. Pulling out my reinkers (moonstruck, crystal blue and topiary), I was able to create my own stripe pattern paper that made my card pop!
