Today we met with the lender with the best numbers and put down our earnest money. Now comes the waiting for approval. We are cutting it tight with the loan amount based on Brian's income alone. As long as they approve us, our time to start building is very short. The word is that it could take 3 to 4 weeks. Unbelievable that we are so very close!
I have a bit more work to do before we would be ready for final lending approval, but I promise that I'll be sharing more artwork very soon.
